My baby is not speaking anything should i consult a doctor

It’s a early to consult a doctor and pick up at the age of two years as well so I would you say as of now you should wait let your child complete so certain age you just have to monitor this thing is your child understanding every thing that you are saying following simple simple instructions for making an eye contact responding to its name all the things properly then nothing to be worried about
