These steps we have to follow to make kid sleep.
Kid should be fed properly.
Bedding must be neet and clean.
Playing room and sleeping room must be different.
Please do not punish kid in sleeping room.
Do not indulge kid in active game 1 hour before sleeping time.
Sleep and wake time schedule must be followed strictly

Hi She try to keep your child away through the day channelise the energy keep your child busy exhausted the energy of the child that’s how your child is going to sleep if that is also not working then there is some issue you should consult your doctor for a detailed investigation
