Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same timde the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problexm and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello try to make the baby sleep in any other room and see if the child will be able to sleep.. do not force child.. leave for sometimes and then try which should be better and this way the child will be able to sleep and is absolutely nothing to worry about
