my baby is not responding and taking whenever I call him.please suggest which type doctor should I consult

A. Hello good morning !! Around 9-12 month babies speak Small words, Making sounds bla bla and can recognize family members and known persons, respond to names and relations. Check once by calling his name, showing favourite toys , recognizing family members. Consult speech therapist or else consult Paeditrician to refer speech therapist .
