ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom check with the doctor if he requires some iron supplements and multivitamins as well .. also give some variety such as seasonal fruits and vegetables , dals and legumes , egg yolk , panner , ghee etc .
Also porridge made of ragi ,multi mix , suji etc

Like You mentioned it so well that your child is not eating so obviously the weight gain is not there because of the fact that your child is not eating so it would be better as of now that you should consult your paediatrician as the doctor we advise you with certain supplements and medicines to increase the appetite of the child
