my baby is not gaining weight... currently he is 9.5 kg doctor. kindly advice the solution doctor

Zincovit 2.5 ML once in a day you should be giving for at least two months I think your child may be having deficiencies which is why even after eating when your child is not gaining weight so in this case it is always best and advisable to start with multivitamin advice from a doctor
