Q.

my baby is not drinking formula milk. she was drinking it for a month and now she hate to drink. i think now she dint like it's taste. is that good to add sugar to it. for shall I start to give cow milk

A. No You cannot add sugar you cannot give cows milk sugar and cows milk only after the age of 12 months not now you can go for tone pasteurised milk it is going to taste like a normal milk so try giving that if your child me like it and you can add some fruits to eat make a nice fruit milkshake
