Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. hello mum there is no reason breastfeeding babies will have a in digestion issues it might be due to the concentration with your baby is getting make sure you are getting you are giving the fore milk and breast milk also fore milk will contain the required water to avoid this kind of conservation issues
