My baby is keeping always her head towards side and sleeping.. and body is upwards only. she is not keeping head upwards.. is it ok?

A. See you keep changing the position of the head of the child right left and back I don’t know what do you mean by saying up words that’s actually not clear to me in case of any doubt you can kindly consult your doctor for further assistance
