my baby is just entered into 5th month.. what foods are good for him now including breakfast milk ?

You I have to continue with breastfeeding only one child entered age of five months or seven months so the right age is the beginning of the seventh that would be the right time when you have to go ahead with introducing supplementary food and water to the child
