My baby is just 3 month old and she has mucus kind of discharge in her stool is it ok or need to consult doctor

A. yes yrs yiy must see a doctor ok as that's urgent its a type of sign of ibfectii of tge intestine abd yiy got to deal.give fluids more to tge baby
