My baby is just 3 month nd doctor said teething started ...is it too early???

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi yes babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature
