my baby is just 1 month and 7 days, nowadays even after burfing after each feeding c always have some amount of reflux coming out immediately.. any suggestions wats the reason

A. dear mum, babies tend to vomit milk in spite of burping due to stomach reflux. continue to burp after every feed preferably in sitting position. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit.
