My baby is just 1.5 months old and is suffering from Nasal Congestion since last 1 month. Now she has started coughing as well. Please suggest some prompt medication as Nasal Drop (Nasivion Mini) suggested by doctor works temporarily. Looking for permanent solution to cure Nasal Congestion and Cough.

I hav been using Nasivion mini since 7th Feb. It just gives  temporary relief. Also, on drop container it is mentioned that it should not be used longer than 10 consecutive days.

I have already done 3 visits to the doctor in last 1 month and he suggested same drop every time. So followed him and used this drop since last 32 days but no improvement in congestion. Please suggest.

continue the same meds
this can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection.

kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
it will dissolve mucus in nose and throat.
for fever and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
