Q.
My baby is hyperactive, she is on formula .she didn't sleep well although I had given her all veggie soup dalia khichdi etc but all in vain how to calm her

Avoid formula milk from now on as she is 1 year it is no longer required .
animal milk can be given instead
make sure the toddler play around , so that to make her tired , maintain a time gap between dinner and sleep time
