Q.
My baby is hyperactive, she is on formula .she didn't sleep well although I had given her all veggie soup dalia khichdi etc but all in vain how to calm her

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist11 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Avoid formula milk from now on as she is 1 year it is no longer required . animal milk can be given instead make sure the toddler play around , so that to make her tired , maintain a time gap between dinner and sleep time
