Q.

my baby is having nose blockage from the day she is 12 days and today she is 2 months old.I gave her nasal drops,steam,and whatever possible I can but all in vain.please suggest some remedy.

A. Hi mom Apply warm mustard oil with pinch of rock salt on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Roast ajwain and garlic. When the aroma starts coming switch off the flame. Make a potli of this in a muslin cloth and keep by the side of ur baby. When inhaled will help to give relief from cough and cold.
