This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the childd
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per dayd.
Give warm water to drink.

Maxtra you can give twice in a day along with that also I would recommend you if the congestion is much you can authorise the child authorisation really helps a lot in this because it helps in reducing down congestion from chest and throat of your child
