My baby is having dark and hard stool. Sometimes undigested food too. Today I found red mucus and blood stain. Is it due to constipation?

It Could be due to constipation also but since you’re also mentioning that your child is not able to digest the food and other issues are also there so it could be due to stomach infection as well you may as well get a stool test done after consulting your doctor
