You Can give Calpol to your child as of now 1 AM and start doing cold sponging the fever is light so you can do cold sponging it will bring down the temperature really quickly apart from that for cough I can advise you to give ginger juice and honey mixture to your child twice a day this is one of the best home remedies that you can go for
