my baby is having continuous sneezing and coughing I want medicine and dose advice

Wikoryl and maxtra you can give both the medicines to the child I would recommend you to give one ML to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each and prefer buying the paediatric jobs for the medicine and that’s the right thing to do
