my baby is having cold so her nose blocked she is not able to breathe n sleep even after giving ambrodil n cetitrizen syrup from past 3days what to do plz is neccessary to change the medicine

A. give saline nasal drops and steam inhalation with aby run avoid exposure to cold weather give drops before feeding keep the baby in inclined positinnwhile sleeping . .. . . . .
