Q.

my baby is having 37.1 c fever and body is more heat...do i need to give fever syrup now .

A. 98.7° so I don’t think so you need to give any medicine as of now just do cold spooning as currently your child is not suffering with fever so do cold sponging that will help in reducing down the warmth in the body and if the temperature crosses 99 then give medicine to the child
