my baby is getting fever offen. he is 3 months old and got fever thrice. He is on formula feed completely and less mother feed since I don't have enough supply. please let me know the reason for his fever that comes frequently.

Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. 
But if fever is high grade and persisting  or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen  or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . 
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoxms like excessive irritability  dullness loss of appetite lecss urine output is there .

If The fever is coming frequently that means your child is having some infection which has not subsided completely and which is why your child is constantly getting fever because fever mostly comes if there is some kind of infection the body suffering from so you’ll have to get a further scan done for ur child
