my baby is four month old and she has poop of this colour in image is there any problem

A. Hello mom Green colour stool is not always alarming. It can be because of natural or artificial food and take in Mother diet or can also be because of formula milk. In such case if your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about.
