Q.

my baby is eight month old she is having less sleep she is not taking naps during days.. i became very tired by handling her I cnt even do my household wrk.. what to do to make her sleep..

A. offer small frequent meals.. give lukewarm water every hour. give everything in form of purees . you can also start buffalo milk in diluted form.. you need to make her routine.. give her a good massage before bath

A. Hi dear good evening Newborns sleep pattern is unpredictable. It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day.

Q. my 2.5 year old has given up day time naps few months ago.. is it normal.? she won't nap even if she is very tired. I have tried everything to make her sleep during day but she resists. like today she played Holi whole day , she was tired but won't sleep.. only benefit I get is that during night she sleeps sound with no wake up in between.. her sleep time is around 10pm to 8 am in the morning. is is okay for 2.5 year old?
