my baby is doing potty with lots of mucus... yesterday he has done potty 3 times a day with full of mucus. please suggest the reason?

A. he ia four and a half months old and only on breastfeed now

A. may be any gut inf .Diarrhoea may be due to any infection or seasonal changes . Milk should be reduced for some days and give ORS to prevent any type of dehydration. Zinc drop and probiotic can be given for digestion .
