my baby is doing continuous motions.

A. Of baby is suffering from loose motions, try to give lots of fluids as during this time body tends to loose liquids. Give Oral Rehydration Solution throughout the day by mixing a packet in 1 liter of water. Feed foods like bread, rice, apple and its juice, toast, banana, puffed rice, etc. as these will help in controlling it. If it does not subside in a couple of days, show to a Pediatrician for diarrhea.
