my baby is crying whole night.. not sleeping at all.. I have give gastica syrup.. but then also she was not sleeping

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is the gas. Gas and colic is very common thing in babies . Proper burping should be done after feed . Gastica drop 1 m l can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day for this .
