Q.

My baby is crying a lot. During feeds, he cries then i have to burp him many times, he is having lot of gas. So not feeding properly. can it be colic? Can i give him colimex also what about dosage for one month old baby?

A. no problem you can give 0.5 ml 3 times a day This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry

A. Give Himalaya bonnisan Five drops to your child about 30 minutes prior to the start breastfeeding that is going to help and yes that could be less stomach reflux or colic pain also going to say that always keep your child’s head in a little elevated position whenever you are breastfeeding the child that with the skills and swallow it is much easier
