Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially  which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal in blockage any regurgitation etc  you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Sweet maybe stomach pain that your child may be suffering from during the night time which is why your child is screaming and crying and howling all night and not sleeping give a medicine for stomach pain to the child and if there is pain or irritation and which you’re not understanding then you can also give paracetamol to your child that will help in calming  your child and your child will sleep but you’ll have to get a check with your doctor ones
