My baby is a picky eater. Are there any interesting flavors or textures in baby food which i can introduce to my baby?

A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (rice wheat and other) pulses (dal) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. you can go for any recipes and flavours and taste according to the the preference of the child. start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive.g also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because thatg is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. you can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

By this age you can actually introduce everything to the child that’s made at home rotis of the rice that anything healthy or kind of healthy grains millets everything that we eat considering healthy food to be given to the child so this way you’ll be able to introduce different flavours and texture to the child
