Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. include in diet ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac blended khichdi sabudana dalia dal water rice water puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot pumpkin papaya apple pear banana sapota..
remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
