My baby is 9months old I got some dysentry n vomitting due to food poison.. I took tablets for that.. will tat be the reason for his dysentery?? and how to treat it now??? his stool is very watery

Hi dear if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
