my baby is 9months old her poop area has become red could u plz tell why it happen so? any remedy

If the rash is increasing you can go foxr any rash cream available like rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincal If there is erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream. If it is still nzot improving then kindly meet your doctor
