Q.

My baby is 9 months old ,still sleeping patterns are not developed. His maximum stretch is only an hour Max whether it's day or night . how to increase his sleeping hours to atleast 3 to 4 hours. please suggest

A. Hello my dear parent! Did you check what is the reason of frequently getting up whether it is morning or nights? Is your baby teething or having any digestive issues issues? Give your baby a well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck. Take care.
