Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d.
first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age.
deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor.
there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.
so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side
sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do snot worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime zas well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .
