My baby is 9 months n 22 days he had high fever since day before yesterday I visited paediatrician when he has paracetamol then he is okay but after 7 8 hours fever is coming back but not high as before.. what should I do

A. most of the few hours will take 3 to 4 days time to subside naturally if the fever is my degree there is no problem repeating paracetamol to the baby 3 to 4 times a day
