Q.
my baby is 9 month old do i still need to introduce new food and wait for four days to check allergy. or can I introduce new food on any day.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, you can introduce new foods on any day. however, baby may be allergic to certain types of foods such as non veg foods, nuts like almonds. it is better to give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it and then gradually increase the quantity.
