my baby is 9 month completed, which veg shoukd i introduce to him??can i give him egg in food??

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning this is the time to introduce all the seasonal vegetables except for the green leafy vegetables for now and it's can be started after one year of the age that will be the safe time but if you want to introduce at early then only use the yellow portion boiled egg yolk can be started by 9 months but in very small portion and check for tolerance
