Q.

My baby is 8months old she is having solid food I am giving her rice porridge in the afternoon and idli in the morning and also breastfeeding her...in between I am also giving her mashed banana as snack and for dinner I am giving her rice cereal.. from past three days she's not eating properly as soon as she eats or takes feed she's vomiting... please let me know why is it happening and suggest what to do to overcome it

A. Hello Dear parent, vomiting is absolutely normal among babies. Just give her food in smaller portions than you usually give. As over feeding can also lead to vomiting. Also give in a gap of 3 to 4 hours so that baby is hungry by that time. Good luck and take care
