my baby is 8months old..she got motions from two days..she went motion daily 5,6 times..i can give her kichidi only..my pediatric said dont give her your breastmilk..why im not give her to my breastmilk..

A. yes please follow what your doctor has said baby has to avoid milk during loose motion you can give ORS solution at home it is the best remedy also if it is infection please contact your pediatrician
