Q.
My baby is 8months 11days old can I give her egg now ? And also egg white or egg yolk can be given and in what form ? Plz help thanks in advance

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give egg to your 8 months 11 days old baby. You can give either the egg yolk or egg white or even the complete egg. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. You can give as boiled eggs, omelette.

My son is also 8 months and 14 days old now. My doctor said u can start giving him egg yolk when he is 8-9 months old and egg white may be after 10-11 months. And also introduce all food items before he turns 1.
