Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d.
first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age.
deficiency is there or not will be told byx the doctor.
there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.
so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from yourx side

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Don’t worry a child can have its first teeth somewhere between the age of 3 to 17 months so as of now this is no delay in the process if you do not see happening by the time of 17 months then you can consult a dentist for that
