it is advisable to get a stool examination done which will tell whether it is due to digestion problem or it is due to some type of infection and accordingly medicines can be changed

it is very important to see that you give easily digestible food to the child at present whenever the child is having loose motion
kindly give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk to the child and you cannot give cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days
