My baby is 8 months she is active and playful no fever or nothing …. But she has blood in her poop also she is pooping very hard plz tell what can be done … she is taking her meals properly and also her feed

A. Blood could be there due to hard motion and sometimes it could be due to an infection in the stomach of the child so I’m going to advise you to kindly consult your paediatrician regarding that they will be able to give proper help
