POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Yes,give in moderation. Dried dates are full of vitamins and minerals but are also extremely high in naturally-occurring sugar.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes. Date date syrup or any other form that you can prepare from dates you can give everything to the child a very healthy and if your child likes a taste of it then nothing like it of course you can give it on a regular basis
