kindly give ors(oral rehydration solution) for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days.
avoid giving sweet sugaryx food as well as maida and biscuits, chocolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac.
other food which can be given are
poha daliya upma mamra idli.
give sachet econorm twice daily for 3days

hello yes it can be due to the teething and you can put paracetamol and you can also be massaging your baby gums woth a soft clean cloth or use orthodontics soother from babyhug which can help.. and any concern then  check your doctor
