Q.
My baby is 8.5 months..Can i give him combination of mix lentils at one time.. (moong, masoor, toor, urad dal).. Can we give a combination or a single lentil in this age.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. you can give this combination, if u r giving for first time try to feed in small amount, also make sure to cook it properly to avoid any tummy discomfort.

Moong can only be given as of now because the other policies are going to be literally quite heavy for your child to digest as of now which is why you should stick to something which is lighter and easier for your childhood I just you can mix and match De sings after the age of 10 to 11 months
