My baby is 7weeks.baby is passing gas but not passing the stool from 4 days

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it's normal don't worry it s ok for a baby to not do potty daily as the diet is basically liquid as milk. So even if baby does not poop for 7 days it s all ok and should not be given any medicine at all

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi..some babies may poop daily or some may poop after 5 to 7 days, both cases are normal. untill ur baby looks comfortable, is active and playful, passes urine 8 to 12 times a day and passes gas then do not worry. Make a paste of hing in water and apply this paste around babies navel. give enough tummy time to ur baby under ur supervision.
