A. check for signs of dehydration like dry mouth ,dull , irritable .try to give water how much he drinks take the child to the doctor for assessment

A. yes so get a stool test done. for this concern I would advise you to take an opinion from your near by doctor as then you can follow the advise as for this issue after that so . .
